Privacy policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy explains what data imarketing21.com collects, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

Who is responsible

iMarketing21 is responsible for processing this data. For any privacy question you can write to us at jaime@imarketing21.com.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email and, if you include them, your phone or WhatsApp number, your company name, and the message you send us. The site also uses Google Analytics for usage statistics: pages visited, device type, approximate location, and other technical browsing data.

What we use it for

We use the form data only to reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on the business conversation you start. We use Google Analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

Form messages are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service. Usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own policies. We do not share your data with other third parties unless required by law.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and any relationship that follows from it. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent to its processing, by writing to jaime@imarketing21.com. We will reply as soon as possible.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
