What it is
A document digitization system that turns that paperwork into organized, searchable digital records, with its own brand and site, designed by us.
The challenge
Auto dealerships drown in paper — contracts, titles, forms — that's slow to find and easy to lose.
What the site does
- Digitizing repair orders, deal jackets, parts invoices, and rental agreements for car dealerships.
- A step-by-step presentation of the scanning station and workflow for dealership staff.
- Real-time reports — such as documents not yet scanned — and encrypted PDFs with tracking of who views them.
- Pricing, dealership testimonials, and a demo request.
After launch
As our own project, it's maintained end to end by us — accuracy and reliability have to hold up as document volume grows.
