What it is
A multi-tenant SaaS platform now serving real clients, including Herpeñol and PSF, each running their own business on shared, maintained infrastructure. For Herpeñol, we also designed the entire product.
The challenge
We wanted to prove, on our own dime, that we could build and sustain a real multi-tenant SaaS product — not a demo, a live platform other businesses depend on.
What the site does
- A portal that brings together clients, orders, inventory, and receivables, and keeps the business’s public website in sync.
- An AI assistant for the website and WhatsApp: it answers from the catalog, prices, and services, captures leads, and hands off to a person when needed.
- Document digitization with a scanner and software, to keep paper records organized and searchable.
- Configurations by industry: commerce and distribution, health, foundations, and startups.
After launch
Everything. This is the platform we run in production every day — the source of our conviction that operating software is harder, and more important, than shipping it. What we learned keeping Empoweros alive is what we bring to your project.
