What it is
A platform to professionalize grassroots and youth soccer academies: an admin dashboard, 360-degree player profiles, mobile attendance, family communication, tournament management, academy websites, and educational modules with gamification.
The challenge
Many soccer academies still run on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets, paper attendance, and scattered records, making it hard to manage athletes, families, payments, tournaments, and real operating metrics.
What the site does
- Player profiles with medical data, sizes, school grades, and family contacts, plus an Excel importer to load existing databases.
- A dashboard for attendance, retention, and growth, with alerts and notices to parents.
- A family portal, a calendar of trainings and matches, and a tournament manager with automatic fixtures and standings.
- Multi-site control, an academy website, an educational suite with English on the pitch, and FT Coins as gamification.
After launch
The product is designed to move academies from manual processes to centralized operations, with visible data and tools that directors, coaches, and families can use from their phones.
